Classic northern European rub for all types of roasts. Season very generously, rub into meat, and roast/bake. Use drippings to baste meat and make a rich gravy.
Ingredients: onion, celery seed, black pepper, kosher salt (salt, yellow prussiate of soda [anti-caking agent]), garlic, celery flake, rosemary.
