Horseradish Powder

Description

A member of the mustard family, this powdered version of the popular, hot horseradish root is easy to use in dressings, sauces, soups, and a variety of other dishes. Horseradish powder is similar to wasabi (the spicy and hot Japanese root). The pungent oil contained in the root is what gives horseradish powder its spicy, hot flavor.
