Ingredients
Herbal Tea-Infused Vodka

1 oz Mango Tango Herbal Tea
- 12 oz middle shelf vodka
Mango Simple Syrup

4.5 oz Mango Sugar
- 4.5 oz water
Hibiscus Tea

1 Tbsp Hibiscus Flower – Cut & Sifted
- 8 oz water at 200°F
Cocktail Assembly
- 1 to 1½ oz herbal tea-infused vodka
- ½ oz mango simple syrup
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 oz brewed hibiscus tea, chilled
Directions
Infuse Vodka
- Combine herbal tea and vodka. Cover and steep at room temperature for a minimum of one hour or up to overnight. Strain and discard tea solids. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Prepare Simple Syrup
- Add sugar and water to a small saucepan. Heat on medium-low until sugar has fully dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Prepare Hibiscus Tea
- Steep hibiscus in hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and discard flowers. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Cocktail Assembly
- Combine infused vodka, simple syrup, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice; secure and shake to combine. Transfer mixture (with ice) to a serving glass. Top with fresh ice, then hibiscus tea.
