No one needs to know how quick and easy this soup is! Within ten minutes, a few seasonings will transform a can of tomatoes into a silky-smooth bowl of comfort, ready to be paired with a grilled cheese sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz) can diced or chopped tomatoes

1 Tbsp Tuscany Spice Blend

2 Tbsp Sweet Onion Sugar

1/8 to ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flake – Crushed

½ tsp Rosemary Basil Sea Salt
- 1 cup +/- milk (or broth or stock)
Directions
Add all ingredients except milk to a medium saucepot; stir to combine. Over medium heat, bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in milk; return to a simmer.
- Taste; adjust seasonings as needed. Adjust consistency with additional liquid as desired.
- If desired, purée until smooth using a countertop or immersion blender.
