Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh sweet potatoes, skinned and cut into 1 ½" chunks

1 tsp. Autumn Harvest Spice Blend
- ¼ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup Sweet Onion Sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ stick melted butter
Directions
- IN a medium-sized pot, boil potatoes until tender, 15-20 mins. Drain.
- ADD potatoes, Autumn Harvest Spice Blend, granulated sugar, Sweet Onion Sugar, and milk to a food processor and process until well blended. Pour into casserole dish.
- MAKE the topping. In a large bowl mix brown sugar and flour. Add pecans and mix again. Add melted butter and mix well. SPRINKLE topping over potatoes and bake at 400°F for 35 mins.
