Sriracha Ramen Noodle Bowls

Enjoy a kick of sriracha in these tangy, spicy ramen noodle bowls. Paired with eggs, green onions, and a flavor-loaded broth, ramen noodles provide a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. honey

1 Tbsp. Ginger Teriyaki Spice Blend

5 tsp. Sriracha Sauce Powder
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 2 packages ramen
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- Spinach
- Dried seaweed
- Sliced chiles
- Chopped cilantro

Directions
- PREPARE eggs as desired (poached, soft boiled, or fried work well).
- MEANWHILE, add sesame oil to a large pot. Saute garlic until soft. Mix in soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, Ginger Teriyaki Spice Blend, and Sriracha Sauce Powder. Stir until combined.
- ADD vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer. Add ramen noodles and simmer until for 2-3 mins. or until noodles are softened. Add green onions and stir until combined.
- DIVIDE into two bowls. Top with an egg and any additional desired toppings.
Recipe Note
*If not an egg person, sliced rotisserie chicken makes a quick and delicious substitute.
