Ingredients
- 2 ea ribeye steaks, 3-inch thick
- 2 Tbsp high smoke point oil (such as avocado, canola, or sunflower)
- 8 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp fresh thyme, rosemary, and sage, finely chopped

3 Tbsp Sweet Heat Spice Blend

1 Tbsp Hot Truffle Seasoning

1 tsp Coarse Sea Salt
Directions
- Remove steaks from the refrigerator 45 minutes before cooking.
- Preheat grill to high (approximately 375ºF) and coat grill grates using high smoke point oil.
- Prepare compound butter by combining room temperature butter with chopped herbs; refrigerate until firm.
- Combine Sweet Heat Spice Blend, Hot Truffle Seasoning, and Coarse Sea Salt in a small bowl and rub generously on all sides of the steak. Grill steaks 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium-rare or 6 to 7 minutes per side for medium. Remove from grill and top steaks with 1 Tablespoon of prepared compound butter, or to taste. Rest steaks for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
