Salad Mix
Directions
- Prepare Rolls. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease baking sheet. In a small bowl stir butter, Rustic Ranch Seasoning, and Vik’s Garlic Fix! until combined, set aside. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and set aside top buns.
- Assemble. Place sliced provolone cheese on bottom of the rolls. Repeat with Genoa salami, Capicola ham, and sandwich pepperoni. Place the top buns on and brush with the seasoned melted butter. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Prepare Salad Mix. While sliders are baking, place the mayonnaise, vinegar, and Italian Herb Spice Blend in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Fold in lettuce, red onion, red pepper, pepperoncini peppers, and olives.
- Assemble. Carefully remove the top buns of the sliders and set aside. Spoon salad mix over the deli meats and place top buns on top. Use a serrated knife to cut the sliders into individual portions and enjoy!
Recipe Note
You can use your favorite combination of meats and cheeses for these Italian sliders. Sopressata, mortadella, and prosciutto are all excellent choices, as well as mozzarella. Switch out any of the salad toppings for sweet or hot cherry peppers, giardiniera, or even chopped marinated artichokes.
