Tbsp Bloody Mary Spice Blend

tsp Tomato Powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 4 oz white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 oz water
- 3 lbs ground meat (i.e., ground beef, pork, & veal blend)

Tbsp Butcher’s Rub Spice Blend

Tbsp Parsley
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 4 Tbsp milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp ketchup

Meatloaf
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare Ketchup. Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and whisk. Simmer on medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat to cool while meatloaf bakes.
- Prepare Meatloaf. In a large mixing bowl, gently fold together all meatloaf ingredients except for ketchup. Place on a greased baking pan and form to desired shape.
- Brush meatloaf with ketchup and bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Remove from heat, brush with remaining ketchup, and bake for 15 additional minutes or until center reaches 165°F.
