Buffalo Ranch Dip
Directions
- Prepare Breading Components. Set up 3 medium-sized mixing bowls. To one bowl add the cereal crumbs. To another bowl add beaten eggs, sea salt, and 1 Tablespoon of each spice blend; whisk well. To the last bowl add flour, cornstarch, and remaining 1 Tablespoon of each spice blend; stir well to combine.
- Working in batches, toss florets in flour mixture to coat, then transfer to egg mixture. Using a fork, turn each floret until fully coated; lift to let excess egg drip off. Transfer to the cereal crumbs and toss until fully coated.
- Preheat air fryer at 400ºF for 5 minutes. Coat fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange breaded florets in a single layer and air-fry 7 to 8 minutes, until golden and crispy. Brush each floret with buffalo sauce and air-fry for 1 to 2 additional minutes. Serve with buffalo ranch dip.
