Marinades Trio: Vik's Umami

Try this garlicky umami marinade with portobello mushroom, pork chop, or flank steak. Made easy in a mason jar.
Ingredients
- 6 oz vegetable or olive oil
- 2 oz Worcestershire sauce

2 oz Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

2 Tbsp Vik’s Garlic Fix! Spice Blend

2 Tbsp Ultimate Umami Seasoning

1 Tbsp Honey – Granulated
Directions
Combine ingredients by whisking, blending, or shaking in a mason jar. For best results, prepare marinade a minimum of one hour before adding protein to allow spices and seasonings to rehydrate. Refrigerate food while marinating. Discard marinade after use.
