This creamy, savory dip captures the flavors of a classic loaded baked potato. All the usual players are present – shredded cheddar, chopped bacon, and sliced scallions – but what sets it apart from the rest is the crushed potato chips folded in just before serving. The result is a delicious and versatile dip or spread that is perfect for serving with chips, crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies.

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz sour cream

tsp Onion Obsession Spice Blend

tsp Bacon Smoked Sea Salt
- 4 ea scallion greens, sliced thin
- 1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled or chopped
- ½ cup crushed sturdy potato chips, optional
Directions
- To a medium mixing bowl add cream cheese and sour cream. Using an electric mixer, beat on high until smooth for about 1 minute. Romano Cheese Powder, Onion Obsession Spice Blend, Signature Spice Blend, and Bacon Smoked Sea Salt; beat until incorporated.
- Using a rubber spatula, fold in scallions, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and potato chips, reserving roughly one Tablespoon of each ingredient for topping.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with reserved ingredients. Serve with sturdy potato chips, crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
