Honeyed Pineapple Relish

Add some fresh flavor to your summer barbecue or use as a delicious side with chips. This tangy relish pairs sweet grilled pineapple and fresh summer vegetables with Chile Lime Sea Salt!
Ingredients

2 tsp. Cilantro

2 tsp. Chile Lime Sea Salt

1 Tbsp. Honey - Granulated
- 1 pineapple (if desired buy peeled, cored, and sliced for ease of preparation)
- 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Extra lime wedges for serving
Directions
- CHOP off both ends of the pineapple. Cut it into halves and trim off the skin.
- GRILL the halves on both sides until they start turning a golden brown. Set aside to cool.
- Once cooled, slice each piece in half and then slice and discard the hard core from each quarter.
- Dice the remaining pineapple.
- ADD the pineapple and other ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Toss until combined.
- Spritz with extra lime wedges if desired.
