Amp up a classic milkshake with the bonus flavor (plus caffeine & wellness benefits) of this iconic powdered Japanese green tea. Its fresh, bittersweet flavor – along with a pinch of sea salt – strikes the perfect balance of taste among its sweet counterpart and creamy ice cream.
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup milk

2 Tbsp Sweet Matcha

2 tsp Matcha Tea
- pinch sea salt
- dash vanilla extract, optional
- garnish whipped cream & matcha dusting, optional
Directions
- Place serving glasses in freezer to chill.
- Add all ingredients (except for garnishes) to a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Portion equally between two glasses.
- Garnish with whipped cream & matcha dusting, if desired.
