Ingredients

2 Tbsp Cinnamon Plum Herbal Tea

8 oz water at 200°F

1.5 oz cinnamon plum concentrate

1.5 oz vodka

4 oz ginger beer

garnish Apple Cinnamon Crisp Sugar, for rimming

garnish Cinnamon Ground – Korintje, for rimming

garnish Cinnamon Stick – Korintje

Directions
- Prepare Concentrate. Combine herbal tea and water; cover and steep for 5 minutes. Strain; discard tea solids. Allow to cool. Yields 7 to 8 ounces.
- Drink Assembly. Place agave nectar in a small shallow dish. Pour Apple Cinnamon Crisp Sugar and Ground Cinnamon into a separate dish and mix to combine. Dip rim of copper mug in agave nectar, then dip and twist the rim into the sugar mixture to coat.
- Add ice cubes, cinnamon plum concentrate, and vodka to mug. Top it off with ginger beer and gently stir to combine. Garnish with cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.
