Zahtar Yogurt Dip & Pita Triangles

Seasoned yogurt is the base for many Middle Eastern dips. In this recipe, Zahtar Spice Blend fills the yogurt dip with spice and is served with Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend coated pitas for a tasty pairing of smoky and spicy!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup cream cheese, at room temperature

2 Tbsp. Zahtar Spice Blend

1 tsp. Vik's Garlic Fix! Spice Blend
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

1 tsp. Lemon Sugar
- 1 cup Greek-style yogurt
- Toasted walnuts, chopped

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pkg pita bread
- Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend (to taste)
Directions
- COMBINE cream cheese with Zahtar Spice Blend and Vik's Garlic Fix! Spice Blend ; set aside 15 mins. for flavors to bloom.
- TOSS cucumber with Lemon Sugar and set aside.
- WHISK together spiced cream cheese and yogurt. Fold in cucumbers and juices. Spread in a shallow serving dish and garnish with toasted walnuts. Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil over dip.
- MAKE Cinnabar Smoke Pita triangles. Cut pita bread into triangles; brush with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and lightly dust with Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend.
- PLACE about 8 inches under a broiler until edges are just beginning to brown. Remove and serve with Zahtar Yogurt Dip.
