Flavorful blend that adds a south-of-the-border twist to many dishes. Add to salsa, nachos, guacamole, or rice and beans. Also great on grilled chicken!
HOW MUCH TO USE? As a general guideline:
2 Tablespoons of seasoning per 1 pound of ground meat.
1 Tablespoon of seasoning per 1 pound of whole protein.
*such as steak, filet, loin, tenderloin, chicken, and seafood
Use more or less depending on preference.
Ingredients: salt, cumin, ancho pepper, coriander, garlic, smoked paprika, onion, chipotle pepper, cilantro, oregano, black pepper, aji amarillo pepper powder (aji amarillo chile, silicon dioxide [anti-caking agent]).
