Description
Traditional spicy-chocolate seasoning. Add liberally to meats before baking. For a rich sauce, add to chicken broth (1 TBS per 6 oz. or to taste). Simmer and reduce.
Ingredients: dark cocoa sugar (cane sugar, dark cocoa powder), onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, kosher salt (salt, yellow prussiate of soda [anti-caking agent]), cocoa nib, smoked paprika, black pepper, sesame seed, ancho pepper.
