* International Shipping refers to any shipping outside of the United States of America.
International shipping methods vary by country. For all international shipments, The Spice & Tea Exchange® will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

It is the policy of The Spice & Tea Exchange® to send you order status information by e-mail. You will be notified when an order is received and when an order is shipped.

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available.

On promotions such as Free Shipping on Orders over $75 or Free Shipping, please note that certain exclusions may apply.
- Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the U.S. and only to orders with one ship-to address.
- Free Shipping is calculated based on the order subtotal.
- Free Shipping begins at midnight on the first day of advertised promotion and ends at midnight on the last day of advertised promotion (12:00am EST).
- Free Shipping is for online orders only which meet the specified requirements outlined on this page.
- eGift cards do not count towards the free shipping threshold
